The Petitioner has filed the revision before the first Respondent against the order dated 23.12.2020 of the third Respondent bearing Reference No.9864/Po.1/2020. The Revision Petition is pending since January, 2021.

2. The learned counsel for the Respondents on instructions submitted that the first Respondent will consider the revision petition filed by the petitioner and dispose of the same within a period of three months.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the Respondents, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first Respondent to consider and dispose of the revision petition dated 23.01.2021 of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
