This application has been filed to receive the additional documents mentioned in the list of documents annexed to the Judges Summons.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent / defendant has not raised any serious objection with regard to the allowing of this application. However, she would submit that she may be permitted to raise all objections at the time of marking of the documents before the learned Master.

3. The said statement is recorded. Accordingly A. No.4835 of 2021 is allowed as prayed for. If at all the respondents / defendants have any objection with regard to the marking of the documents, the same can be submitted before the learned Master when the evidence is recorded and the learned Master can record the objections of the defendants while marking the documents.
