ORDER

The petitioner has claimed interest on the arrears of pension which was belatedly paid to the petitioner from April 2014.

In this connection, the petitioner has sent a representation dated 27.07.2021 to the second respondent to settle the pension arrears together with interest.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner has attained the age of 25 years and therefore the respondents are now stop paying pension.

3. Appearing on behalf of the respondents, the learned standing counsel submits that the respondents will pass appropriate orders based on the petitioner's representation dated 27.07.2021 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed by directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law and on merits.
