ORDER

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to sanction Journalist Family Pension to the petitioner with effect from February, 2011 and pay the arrears.

2. The pension is to be granted strictly in accordance https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with the pension regulations, if any is in force. Though the petitioner submitted an application for grant of Family pension, it is to be verified, whether such family pension is available under the Pension scheme or not. In this regard, the respondents shall verify the eligibility of the petitioner with reference to the terms and conditions of the pension scheme and initiate appropriate action in the manner known to law.

3. With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
