Respondents PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records relating to the order of the first respondent made in IRD/184/41/2014-15 dated 10.05.2014, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service with all benefits both service and monetary including back wages.

ORDER

The order of the first respondent dated 10.05.2014 terminating the writ petitioner from service is under challenge in the present writ petition.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents made a submission that the writ petitioner filed yet another writ petition, during the pendency of this writ petition, in W.P.No.13341 of 2016 and the said writ petition was allowed on 27.07.2018 on the ground that the petitioner was terminated without any notice and opportunity. In other words on the principle of Audi Alteram Partem, the case was allowed by this Court.

3. The learned counsel also submitted that pursuant to the said order dated 27.07.2018, the petitioner was reinstated in service and thereafter, the respondents proceeded against him by following the procedures as contemplated.

4. In view of the subsequent order passed by this Court dated 27.07.2018 filed by the writ petitioner, no further adjudication is required in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
