ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to grant PAROLE to the petitioner's brother Pappachi @ Pappanna @ Papuraj, Life Convict No.24178 now confined in Central Prison, Vellore for a period of 30 days pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 16.08.2014. 2.

Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has now become infructuous and hence nothing survives in the writ petition.
