Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the above writ petition, as the dispute between the parties had been settled out of Court and he also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect. In view of the endorsement made, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected W.M.P.No.10416 of 2004 is closed. No costs.
