O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent on the ground that the respondent has violated the decree passed in favour of the applicant https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Cont.P. No.1454 of 2021 in C.S.No.786 of 2014 by judgment and decree dated 26.11.2019.

2. At the outset, this Court is of the view that the Contempt Petition is not maintainable. According to this Court, first of all, the applicant has to execute the decree passed in C.S.No.786 of 2014 dated 26.11.2019 as per law. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed.
