Today, when these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions were taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw these petitions and also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file a fresh petition by the party / petitioner.
