Respondents PRAYER:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent herein consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 24.04.2021 for regularization of her services from 18.07.1998 i.e., from the date of her original appointment as Female Escort Warder, in the light of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.3658 & 6168 of 2021 dated 17.03.2021, together with all consequential service and monetary benefits.

ORDER

Appearing on behalf the respondents, learned Government Advocate submits that appropriate orders will be passed on the representation of the petitioner dated 24.04.2021, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed by directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law and on merits. No costs.
