By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to transfer the patta in the name of the petitioner based on the Settlement Deed executed by his mother. 3.

The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the application of the petitioner dated 27.05.2024 was rejected by the respondent. The order has also placed before this Court.

The order has been passed on the ground that the civil suit is pending. As the civil suit is pending between the parties, rejection has been made.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the event he succeeds in 2/4
