ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to complete the enquiry and pass an appropriate order on the basis of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.9141/2024/P2 dated 30.05.2024.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that without surveying the land of the petitioner, patta has been issued to the petitioner's sister. Hence, the petitioner filed an appeal before third respondent to cancel the patta, however, patta was not cancelled. Hence, appeal is filed before the second respondent and the second respondent vide proceedings dated 30.05.2024 sought for report, however, no further order is passed. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Since no adverse order is passed against the private respondents, notice to them is dispensed with. 2/4

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate order in Na.Ka.No.9141/2024/P2 dated 30.05.2024 on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the private respondents and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
