ORDER

The prayer made in this Writ Petition is to direct the respondents 2 to 4 to issue post mortem certificate of the petitioner's husband late V.R.Kannan in PM.No.1716/12 dated 24.07.2012 to the petitioner and further direct the 1st respondent to take legal and departmental actions against the respondents 2 to 4 for their dereliction of their official duty and failure to issue post mortem certificate of the petitioner's late husband and pass orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that post mortem certificate was already issued to the petitioner and hence the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
