This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to join duty as Driver-cum-Conductor in the third respondent Corporation.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to filing of this writ petition, the petitioner was permitted to join duty in the third respondent Corporation. However, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

learned counsel sought liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned for further relief.

3.Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
