Common Prayer:Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to promote the petitioners first as B.T.Assistant (Maths), based on the seniority list dated 01.01.2013, as per G.O.Ms.No.239, School Education (Va.Se.2) Department, dated 22.09.2007 and in the light of the order passed in W.P.No.9127 to 9129 of 2014 and batch, dated 22.04.2014.

C O M M O N O R D E R The petitioners have filed these writ petitions seeking direction to the respondents to promote them as B.T.Assistant (Maths), based on the seniority list dated 01.01.2013, as per G.O.Ms.No.239, School Education (Va.Se.2) Department, dated 22.09.2007 and in the light of the order passed in W.P.No.9127 to 9129 of 2014 etc., batch, dated 22.04.2014. 2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that during the pendancy of these writ petitions, the petitioners were granted promotion during the year 2015. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in these writ petitions.

He further submitted that the petitioners ought to have been given promotion during the year 2013, but they were given promotion only during the year 2015, hence, liberty may be granted to the petitioners to approach the respondents with fresh representation with regard to the period of promotion. 3.In view of the above, these writ petitions are dismissed as infrucutous. Liberty is granted to the petitioners to approach the respondents with fresh representation with regard to the period of promotion. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
