ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S. VAIDYANATHAN, J.) This contempt petition is filed alleging non compliance of the order passed by the Division Bench on 08.01.2018 dated W.P.No.7537 of 2017.

2. Today, when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate has filed the Status Report of the First Respondent dated 04.10.2021 stating that the as there was a violation in the second and third floors of the building constructed by the fifth respondent, they have been demolished. He has also produced the photographs to that effect.

3. In view of the same, this contempt petition stands closed. No costs. SD/- ASSISTANT REGISTRAR(COMM.CASES) arr //Certified to be true copy// Dated at Madras this the day of 2022.
