ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct the second respondent to pass orders in the subject matter of the enquiry proceedings in Ref.No.Na.Ka.Aa2/69/2019 dated 24.11.2020 as claimed in the representation dated 19.08.2021.

2. Though there was no representation for the petitioner, considering the limited relief sought in this writ petition, this Court without expressing any merits of this case, directs the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 19.08.2021, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
