Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the respondent in his proceedings No.Nil, dated 05.01.2014 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondent to permit the petitioner to put up flex board in the petitioner's village viz., Molasi Village, Tiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District during the Sri Mariyamman and Sri Bagavathi Amman Temple festival for the period from 15.02.2014 to 02.03.2014 for 15 days.
