Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.04.2019 for granting promotion to the post of Executive Officer Grade-I notionally on par with juniors with effect from 17.12.2013 and accordingly refix the pay, pension and other retirement benefits of the petitioner.

2.Considering the limited nature of prayer sought for in this writ petition, this writ petition is disposed by directing the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 29.04.2019 in the light of the recommendations of the 3rd respondent recommending the eligibility of the petitioner to promoted as a Executive Officer, Grade-I to the 2nd respondent dated 10.05.2019 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
