Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st Respondent 1st Respondent to issue a No Objection Certificate to the Petitioner to run a SPA i.e., cross relaxation massage in the name and style of "GRAPPLES UNISEX SALOON AND SPA" at Door No.321-B, N.S.R.Road, Saibaba colony, Coimbatore, Coimbatore District Pin 641 038 by passing orders on the Petitioner's representation dated 17.06.2023.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to grant No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to enable the petitioner to run the SPA based on the representation dated 17.06.2023.

2. Heard Mr.N.Edwin Jeyakumar, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner dated 17.06.2023 on its own merits and in accordance with law and in line with the relevant Government Order/circulars and a decision shall be taken within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt

of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
