This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12923 of 2025, dated 28.04.2025, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.
