COMMON PRAYER:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 & 2 to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 29.06.2019 and cancel the election conducted by the 3rd respondent on 23.06.2019 for Office Bearers for the year 2019-22 for the 4th respondent Association.

Pappiah, Special Government Pleader for R1 & R2 C O M M O N O R D E R When it was pointed out that the nature of relief sought by the Petitioner in the representation dated 29.06.2019 sought to be directed to be disposed by the First and Second Respondents in these Writ Petitions, could not be entertained under Section 36 of the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975, in view of the decision of the Full Bench of this Court in C.M.S. Evangelial Suvi David Memorial Higher Secondary School Committee -vs- District Registrar, Cheranmahadevi [(2005) 2 LW 550] and the decisions of the Division Benches of this Court following the same in V. Sobana Kumar -vs- District Registrar, Marthandam [(2008) 4 LW 760], C.M.S.
Evangelial Suvi David Memorial Higher Secondary School Committee -vsDistrict Registrar, Cheranmahadevi [(2008) 4 LW 1080] and C. Dharmalingam -vsDistrict Registrar, Madurai [(2010) 3 CTC 390], Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these Writ Petitions with liberty to pursue the legal remedy for the same before the competent forum and has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded. 2.
