the records relating to the impugned order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.2687/2009/Sa.Pa., dated 06.09.2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service with all attendant benefits and monetary benefits. When the matter was listed for hearing on 22.06.2022, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list the matter on 24.06.2022 under the caption "For Dismissal".

2. When the matter was called on 28.06.2022, there was also no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In order to give one more opportunity, this Court once again passed an order, directing the Registry to list this matter under the caption "For Dismissal" on 30.06.2022.

none appeared for the petitioner. Thus, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
