Vide order of this Court dated 28.01.2015, the Registry has directed the petitioner to comply with certain defects pointed out by it. bundle was missing and hence sought time to comply with the earlier order and accordingly this Court has granted two weeks time.

2. Even today, there is no representation on behalf for the petitioner and thus it appears that the petitioner is not interested in diligently prosecuting the matter.
