Hence, the Registry was directed to list this case along with the connected cases on 09.06.2015. Accordingly, the cases were listed on 09.06.2015. Even on 09.06.2015 the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner was not prepared to argue the cases and sought time. Hence, the cases were ordered to be listed on 10.06.2015 under the caption "For Orders". Even today i.e. 10.06.2015, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is not prepared to argue the cases. Hence, these criminal original petitions are dismissed for non prosecution.
