O R D E R

The petitioner made representation to the second respondent seeking deletion of patta standing in the name of the fourth respondent with respect to Survey No.109/3, Keillandai Street, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Vayallur post, Mummudikuppam Village, Thiruvaluur Taluk, Thiruvallur District and he has made reliance upon the judgment and decree rendered in O.S.No.325 of 1995 dated 10.02.2003 which is stated to have ended in favour of the petitioner's predecessors in title.

As the said representation dated 08.06.2009 has not been disposed of, the present writ petition has been filed.

Taking into consideration of the pendency of the representation, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation dated 08.06.2009 on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as the private respondents within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to furnish another copy of the representation said to have been made along with this order within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that appropriate orders can either be passed by the second respondent or any other officer subordinate to him. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
