Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the entire records which culminated in passing the impugned proceedings in Pr.AG(A&E)/PEN 9/III/20908675/RN/13-14/ADK dated Nil signed on 30.05.2014 on the file of the first respondent, quash the same and 1/4

consequently, direct the respondents to sanction one increment to the petitioner in the cadre of Headmaster of Middle School with effect from 01.10.1998 on the basis of G.O.Ms.No.225 Education Department dated 11.06.1998 with all consequential benefits within a time to be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
