Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the entire records which culminated in passing the impugned proceedings in Pen 9/2/10908675/RVN/13-14/ADK dated 11.11.2013 on the file of the first respondent, quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to 1/4

sanction one bonus increment to the petitioner with effect from 18.09.1998 as per G.O.Ms.No.562 Finance (Pay Cell) Department dated 28.09.1998 with all consequential benefits.
