ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate - IV, Coimbatore, Coimbatore District to expedite the trial in C.C.No.1306 of 2019 and complete the same within 1/4

a stipulated time.

2. Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate - IV, Coimbatore, Coimbatore District, to expedite the trial in C.C.No.1306 of 2019 and complete the same, within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the trial.

This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
