This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 848 days in preferring the above CMA.SR.No.81533 of 2024.

2. Notice to the 1st respondent already dispensed with.

3. Though notice was served on the 2nd respondent and its name is appeared in the cause-list, there is no representation for the 2nd respondent.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

5. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned. C.M.P.No.4901 of 2025 is allowed.

6. The Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal and list the matter for admission, if it is otherwise in order.

7. It is made clear that the petitioner/claimant is not entitled to claim interest for the delay period of 848 days.
