ORDER

When the matter was taken up, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this matter is squarely covered by an order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.33259 and 33260 of 2013, dated 25.03.2015. Mr.S.Muthuraj, learned counsel for the respondents also agreed with the said contention of the petitioner. Therefore, recording the above said submissions of the learned counsel appearing on either side, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.33259 and 33260 of 2013, dated 25.03.2015. the second respondent is directed to conclude the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to point out that subsistence allowance should be paid to be petitioner during the currency of the suspension period. The arrears effective January, 2015, should be paid within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No Costs. M.P.No.1 of 2013 is closed.
