2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent that though the charge sheet has been laid in the year 2012 due to the pendency of this petition there was no progress in the trial. In view of pendency of the matter for the past 5 years, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram is directed to complete the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 19.09.2017 uma Index/internet : Yes
