Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the impugned proceeding Order No.8456/Ah1/2011 dated 09.01.2012 passed by the 1st respondent and in Pa.Mu.No.7246/C4/2012 dated 20.06.2012 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to approach the competent Civil forum. An Endorsement to the said effect is also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the Petition today.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to the petitioner to workout the remedy before the competent Civil court by way of filing appropriate amendment petition. No costs.
