ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax/ modify the condition directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for two weeks imposed in connection with the order passed in Crl.OP.No.4550 of 2026 dated 27.02.2026.

2. The learned counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent-police submitted that the petitioner still has to comply with the condition for the remaining six days.

3. Hence, this Court is inclined only to modify the condition. Accordingly, the condition imposed in para 6(c) of the order passed in Crl.OP.No.4550 of 2026 dated 27.02.2026 is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report and sign before the Inspector of Police, Tiruvanmiyur Police Station, Chennai daily at 10.30 a.m. for the remaining 6 days". The other conditions shall remain unaltered 2/4
