The learned counsel for the contempt petitioners would submit that this contempt petition is for violation of the order passed by this Court dated 02.01.2024 in W.P.No.35242 of 2023.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent/contemnor submitted that the order of this court has been complied with and produced a proof for the same.

Recording the submissions of the learned Special Government Pleader and the proof submitted, this contempt petition is closed.
