The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 151 of CPC to order exemption of court fee for a sum of Rs.6000/- in the appeal.

2. Today when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant would submit that he will pay the court fee and seeks 3 weeks time to pay the same.

3. Considering the submission made by the counsel, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed with a direction to the petitioner to pay the Court fee within a period of 3 weeks from today.
