O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that final order has already been passed by the authority in disciplinary proceeding in Government proceedings dated 03.12.2013 bearing Na.Ka.No.E5/2870/1993.

2.On a perusal of the final order, the writ petitioner has been "Dismissed from Service". Thus, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition.

3.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
