This writ petition has been filed challenging the Government Order in GO.Ms.No.146 Higher Education (D2) Department dated 15.07.2021 of the first respondent.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 2/4

Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the appointment of Special Officer in the manner known to law.
