A. Nos.3519, 3520, 3521 and 3522 of 2023 in TOS No.47 of 2016 A.A.NAKKIRAN, J.

These four applications have been filed to permit the applicants/plaintiffs i) to amend the name of the 4th respondent/4th defendant as P.Mekiandan instead of P.Manikandan in short cause title and long cause title and in the statement of address and wherever if necessary in plaint, judgment and decree dated 03.01.2023, ii) to record the death of 1st plaintiff (N.Jayalakshmi Ammal) and recognize the defendants 2 to 5 as legal heirs of the deceased 1st plaintiff and to record the death of 3rd plaintiff (O.M.Subramanian) and recognize the plaintiffs 4 to 6 as legal heirs of the deceased 3rd plaintiff in Tr. C.S No.597 of 2010 and consequently final judgment and decree dated 03.01.2023 may be issued at the earliest, iii) to record the death of 2nd plaintiff (O.M.

Subramanian) and recognize the plaintiffs 3 to 5 as legal heirs of deceased 2nd plaintiff and to record the death of 1st defendant (N.Jayalakshmi Ammal) and recognize the defendants 3 to 5 as legal heirs of the deceased 1st defendant in T.O.S No.47 of 2016, and iv) to amend the name of the 5th defendant as P.Meikandan instead of P.Manikandan in short cause title and long cause title and in the statement of address and wherever if necessary in T.O.S No.47 of 2016 judgment and decree dated 03.01.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the other side has no objection in allowing these four applications.
