Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the impugned proceedings F.No.S.Misc.10/2013-CBS dated 27.12.2013 issued by the second respondent herein and quash the same as far as the petitioner herein is concerned, issued under Serial No.11 of the rejected list and 69 of General list, as null and void and against the basic principle of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents herein to approve the application dated 14.11.2013 submitted by the petitioner herein for granting license to act as a Custom Broker under notification No.65/2013 customs (N.T) dated 21.06.2013 under Customs Brokers Licensing Regulation 2013.
