ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 5.8.2021 and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the name of respondents 7 to 20 and include the name of petitioner Wakf as Syedani Bi Dargha (Gori) at

Adangal register in respect of the property situated at survey No.166, 0.87 Acre, Gowrapet, Thottithuraiyurmottur village Limit, Kamalapuram Post, Pernambut Taluk, Vellore District, Tamil Nadu. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a representation dated 05.08.2021 before the respondents 1 to 3 seeking to to remove the name of respondents 7 to 20 and include the name of petitioner Wakf as Syedani Bi Dargha (Gori) at Adangal register in respect of the property situated at survey No.166, 0.87 Acre, Gowrapet, Thottithuraiyurmottur Village Limit, Kamalapuram Post, Pernambut Taluk, Vellore District, Tamil Nadu. However, the representation of the petitioner has not been considered till date. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 5, 6 and 20.

5.Considering the submission made by both parties and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.08.2021 on merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be carried out by the 3rd respondent within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
