ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a limited prayer to direct the Block Development Officer, Pennagaram, Dharmapuri District, the first respondent herein to furnish the copy of the appointment order appointing Tmt.Rajeaswari, W/o Pradeep, the second respondent herein as a Noon Meal Organizer in the Panchayat Union Elementary School, Koduppatti, Pennagaram Taluk on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 4.12.2017.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that when there was a notification issued by the first respondent inviting applications for the post of Noon Mean Organizer in the Panchayat Union Elementary School, Koduppatti, Pennagaram Taluk, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner applied for the same and finally the first respondent issued a call letter on 3.7.2017 inviting the petitioner to take part in the interview. When the petitioner participated in the interview and was curiously waiting for an order of appointment, shockingly the second respondent was appointed for the said post on 15.11.2017. As the petitioner is the only eligible person, it is pleaded, the second respondent should not have been appointed, he further claimed. However, to find out the merits of the second respondent, she has made an application for issuance of the copy of the appointment order. As the same was refused, she has come to this Court.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent sought a week's time to consider the petitioner's application.

4. Recording his prayer, the first respondent is hereby directed to furnish a copy of the appointment order of the second respondent to the petitioner by considering her application. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
