Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records for the letters dated 16.03.2020, 19.06.2020 and 11.09.2020 bearing very same No.pa.tho.nu.a.3/501256/2018 for the said 3 letters with very same false, incorrect, misconceived and untenable action in consideration with his relevant documents submitted on 06.02.2017 and his letters dated 17.09.2020 (handwritten), 17.09.2020 (typed), 23.10.2020, 12.04.2024 and 02.05.2024.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the communication of the third respondent dated 16.03.2020, 19.06.2020 and 11.09.2020, thereby directed the petitioner to produce application if any filed seeking appointment on compassionate ground within a period of three years from the date of demise of the petitioner's father.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. The petitioner's father, while he was working as Sweeper under the third respondent, died on 12.10.2016. Immediately, the petitioner's mother approached the third respondent seeking appointment on compassionate ground. However, the petitioner and his mother were directed to produce necessary documents. Even after submission of all the documents and application, the petitioner was directed to produce application if any submitted by the petitioner seeking appointment on compassionate ground within a period of three years from the date of 2/4
death of the petitioner's father. It is also evident from the communication of the third respondent dated 24.01.2017, the petitioner and his mother were directed to produce documents.

In view of the above, the respondents are directed to consider the request made by the petitioner, without insisting the application which was submitted by the petitioner within a period of three years from the date of death of his father, for appointment to the suitable post on compassionate ground within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
