The cause aroused for the purpose of filing the writ petition did not exists as of now. However, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that some grievances are existing in respect of subsequent development. If so, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authorities by way of representation or appeal for redressing the grievances in the manner known to law.

2.With this liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
