O R D E R

The contempt petition has been filed pursuant to the order of this Court dated 29.01.2019 wherein, in a writ of mandamus, the respondent was directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.12.2018 and pass appropriate orders.

2. It appears that orders have been passed on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 19.11.2019 in Na.Ka.No.29304/2018/P2 by the District

Collector, Dharmapuri. On a perusal of the detailed orders, it is seen that the earlier proceedings of cancellation of patta were also been informed to the son of the petitioner, Sasikumar. It is also stated that as early as in the year 2007, the patta has been cancelled after due enquiry. This has been recorded in the records of the K.Agragaram village accounts. A copy of the order has also been given by the petitioner.

3. In view of the said compliance, this contempt petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner states that he has a right to challenge the order dated 19.11.2019 which right is always inherent to him. No costs.
