ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the condition imposed by order dated 19.03.2025 in para No.6(b) that "the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders" in Crl.OP.No.8110 of 2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.

3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioners is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
