A.No.3530 of 2022 has been filed to discharge the first plaintiff (A.K.Asha) from the guardianship of the 2nd minor plaintiff since he has attained majority on 20.10.2015.

A.No.3531 of 2022 has been filed to declare the second plaintiff (A.K.Kishore) as major since he has attained majority on 20.10.2015.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that the 2nd applicant/2nd plaintiff viz., minor A.K.Kishore, has now attained the age of majority and seeks to allow these applications. He has also filed an affidavits to that effect.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the applicants, these applications are allowed.
