SATHISH KUMAR, J This petition is filed seeking to amend the cause title by deleting the first respondent viz., The Tahsildar, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District and by sustituting with the Tahsildar, Madukkarai Taluk, Coimbatore District and in the order dated 05.06.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to typographical error, the first respondent name is wrongly typed. Hence, seeks this Court for the above relief.

3. Considering the fact that it is only a clerical error and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered accordingly.
