ORDER

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to quash the Marriage Registration Certificate issued by the 2nd respondent dated 29.05.2014.

2. The learned counsel for the third respondent made a submission that the writ petitioner and the third respondent got a decree of divorce by way of mutual consent and therefore,the marriage between the petitioner and the third respondent as of now is not subsisting. Thus, no further adjudication is required since the cause did not exists. 2/4

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
