2.The petitioner appears to be expousing a public cause. Therefore, the case should be ordinarily listed before the Division Bench dealing with Public Interest Litigation. The petitioner has filed an appeal before the second respondent on 20.07.2022. Considering the fact that the prayer is only for a mandamus to direct the second respondent to dispose of the appeal under Section 9A of the Tamil Nadu Liquor Retail Vending (In Shops and Bars) Rules, 2003, this writ petition is disposed at the time of admission with the consent of the learned counsel for the Senior Standing Counsel for the respondents. The second respondent is directed to dispose the appeal dated 20.07.2022 of the petitioner, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.This writ petition is disposed of.
